Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager Project Execution to lead and oversee the end-to-end erection and installation activities of solar power projects. This role involves managing on-site execution, ensuring quality and safety standards, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and delivering projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a hands-on approach to field operations, and fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Site Management
• Supervise and coordinate all erection and installation activities for solar structures and modules on-site
• Ensure proper deployment of manpower, tools, and equipment as per project schedule
• Monitor site progress, resolve technical/site-related issues, and report daily updates to project management
• Enforce strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards during execution
• Coordinate foundation work, mounting structure erection, module fixing, cabling, and associated civil works

Planning & Coordination
• Collaborate with project planning and design teams to ensure seamless implementation
• Create and manage daily/weekly work plans in alignment with project timelines
• Interact with clients, contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure smooth coordination
• Ensure materials availability and logistics at the site to avoid execution delays

Team Leadership & Supervision
• Lead and manage a team of site supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors
• Conduct tool-box talks, site inductions, and skill-based trainings for erection teams
• Monitor team performance, productivity, and ensure accountability for assigned tasks
• Promote a culture of discipline, safety, and continuous improvement at site

Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain site execution records, checklists, and quality reports
• Ensure timely documentation of installation progress, inspections, and handover protocols
• Submit regular MIS reports, erection progress charts, and snag reports to the HO/project office
• Assist in preparing as-built drawings and project completion documents

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in solar project erection and commissioning
• Strong technical knowledge of solar mounting structures, modules, and field installation practices
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in site supervision, manpower handling, and vendor coordination
• Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English (written & verbal)

Preferred Qualities
• Ability to manage multiple project sites simultaneously
• Strong understanding of safety standards (HSE) and quality control systems
• Willingness to travel and relocate as per project requirements
• Hands-on experience with project management tools and MS Office
